How to Get Out of Overwhelm Into Positive Action

I was chatting with my friend Nicole recently about everything that’s going on in the world—pandemic, back to school, racial injustice, election year—oh my!

Seems like the questions, confusion and uncertainty is growing…and at times that feels really overwhelming.

It’s so hard to know what to do…to figure things out…

So Nicole (a financial therapist) and I came up with an idea we thought would be helpful to you during this rollercoaster ride that 2020 is taking us all on.
