- 1/2 cup goji berries
- 4 cups filtered water
- Juice of 1 lemon
- 1 TBSP honey, or more depending on sweet preference
- 1 sliced lemon
- Mint
Soak the goji berries in filtered water for a few hours (minimum of 1 hour, maximum overnight). In blender, blend berries with soak water, juice of 1 lemon, and 1 TBSP honey. Pour over ice and several slices of lemon, garnish with mint and enjoy!
