Chips and dip are definitely on the top of my favorite things list :).
And while it may not be the healthiest snack you can reach for, it’s definitely worth the every once in awhile indulgence (at least in my book).
To make myself feel a little bit better, I researched A TON Of different homemade French Onion Dip recipes. After several failed attempts, I finally found the combo that’s a crowd pleaser.
Here it is—let me know what you think in the comments below!
- 160z Organic Sour Cream
- 2 TBSP chopped onion
- 1 tsp onion powder
- a dash of garlic powder
- 2 tsp dried parsley
- salt & pepper to taste.
Taste and adjust seasoning as needed. Combine all ingredients in a bowl, let sit in fridge for at least one hour before serving. Serve with your favorite chips & enjoy!
