Dirty Shrimp

Dirty ShrimpHere is yet another easy-to-whip-up, crowd-pleasing recipe. My mom introduced me to this recipe, and she has served it on a variety of occasions. These shrimp are full of flavor and pack a bit of a kick. Enjoy them as plain old peel-and-eats, or serve them up with some rice and veggies.

Dirty Shrimp

  • 1 Tbsp WorcestershireDirty Shrimp Seasoning
  • 1 clove freshly minced/chopped garlic
  • 1 tsp cayenne
  • 1 1/2 tsp pepper
  • 1 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 1/2 tsp thyme
  • 2 tsp basil
  • 1 1/2 tsp oregano
  • 5 Tbsp butter
  • 1 lb of raw deveined shrimp

Melt butter on low heat. Add in all seasoning/spices and stir to combine. Turn heat to medium and add shrimp. Cook for 3-5 minutes, turning regularly.

These are great as is.

Or, serve with rice and roasted veggies, as seen here with rice and roasted zucchini. For zucchini, chop and toss lightly with avocado oil, salt, and pepper. Place in baking dish and cook at 425 degrees for 10-15 minutes. Enjoy!
