I know a lot of people think it’s a little too woo (energy meridians and such) but it’s got research to back it up!
All the strategies I teach from my unique approach to vision boards (it’s not really about the board) to visualizations to tapping to journaling are backed by research and are powerful tools to change your life.
It’s not some “system” that worked for me that I’m promising will work for you. It’s a process of self-discovery so that you can figure out your own damn system and create the change you want AND that’ll actually stick long term.
