We’re moving into the holiday season, and it’s easy to get caught up in a sugar storm. I mean who doesn’t love a little sweet treat?!
But too much sugar can zap your energy and your mood, leaving you to feel anything but happy.
So I wanted to share with you two recipes that’ll help you to enjoy a sweet treat in the healthiest way possible because I am definitely team sugar over here;).
The first is these blondies. OMG they are soooooo good and so simple to make!
The second is this CARAMEL DIP RECIPE:
- ½ cup maple syrup
- ½ cup coconut oil
- ⅓ cup almond butter
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- Sea salt to taste
Blend in the food processor for 4 minutes and serve with your favorite apples (we love fuji best!)
It’s totally fine to indulge sometimes, especially when you diy those tasty treats.
