Kinda Healthy Brownies

I love to cook and try new things in the kitchen. Each week, I’ll share what I’ve been cooking up and testing out. Let me know in the comments if you try this one out!

Ingredients:

8 TBSP unsalted butter, melted
1 TBSP coconut oil
1 cup sugar
2 large eggs
2 tsp vanilla
1/2 cup almond flour
1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
1/8 tsp salt
1/2 cup chocolate chips.

Method:

1. Grease 8-inch baking pan with coconut oil.

2. Combine melted butter and sugar together.

3. Add eggs and vanilla, beat 1-2 minutes.

4. Add flour, cocoa powder and salt. I use same bowl

5. Stir until just combined.

6. Add 1/2 cup chocolate chips. Stir until just combined.

7. Pour into baking pan and cook 20-25 minutes – until toothpick comes out clean.

Cool and enjoy!
