Happiness on Tap is part d.i.y. course + part group coaching.  

You can move through the 5-course modules in a way that works best for you and your schedule. Each week we’ll have a live group Q&A call to answer your questions and do some coaching. Then once each month we’ll have a Happiness Happy Hour via Zoom where we deep dive into one topic (like mindset, boundaries, or goal setting).

The Q&A and Happy Hours happen all year long.

What if I can’t finish all of the content by a certain time, do I lose access?

Can I really change things at this point in my life? 

Yes, absolutely! Change can mean a lot of different things, and before you can make a decision about what specific change you want to make, it’s important that you really explore all of the possibilities that are available to you. Over the years I’ve found that people often get focused on one specific change, and that narrow focus can sometimes be what keeps you stuck. This program is designed to help you expand and explore all your options so that you feel really good about whatever you decide to do next.
